Acceptance of terms
These terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement between users and the organization governing access to and use of the company's services. By accessing or using the services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If a user does not agree with any provision, they should not access or use the services.
Use of services
Services are provided for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Users agree not to use the services in ways that infringe upon the rights of others, that violate applicable laws, or that interfere with the operation of services. The organization retains the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected or detected. Third-party tools, integrations, or software components used in delivering services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property created by the organization in the course of providing services—unless otherwise agreed in writing—remains the property of the company. Clients may be granted licenses or ownership rights through separate contractual agreements. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use materials provided to them for the purposes outlined in their service agreement, and must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works beyond the scope of that agreement without explicit permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited. The company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, liability will be limited to direct damages and to an amount reflecting fees paid to the company for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms set out in their specific contract. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion where a user breaches these terms or where continued provision of services is impracticable. On termination, certain provisions of these terms—such as Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability—will remain in effect.
Changes to terms
The organization may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the services or other reasonable means prior to their effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Users should review the terms periodically to ensure they remain informed about their rights and obligations.
